Good weather cant be planned and we had to make the most of it, so we ferry'd out to Finhamn and it was awesome. The Swedish archipelago is beautiful.
No training today, much to catch up on tomorrow.

Out of sync
And with that post starts a new titling convention -- -dates dont sync up so I'll just have to go with the Blogger date system. Gotta start somewhere...
Wednesday 27th July
Rest day.
Bit poor pulling a rest day second day of blogging, but they pop up every now and then.
Had a game of tennis and rode around Hagaparken, so it wasn't entirely a couch affair.
It was Lina's first time ever on a tennis court and looks like there'll be more games coming up.

Opening post
Hello World.
Sorry, 3 years of Computer Science forced me to have my first entry start with that.
This site will be my way of recording my training for both my personal reference and to give ideas to anyone looking for programs or suggestions for their next session.
My goal is to be training at least 4 times a week, so we'll see how this goal is stuck to over the course of the blog.
Here we go...
